Ming's professional journey began at Beijing University of Posts And Telecommunications, where he earned his degree in Radio Communication Engineering from 1984 to 1988. Subsequently, he joined China National Posts and Telecommunications Industry Corporation where he served as a Project Manager in the Technical Division from 1988 to 1995. In 1995 Ming joined the Beijing Ericsson Joint Venture in the Terminal Division as the Deputy Director, further honing his expertise in the sector. Pursuing continuous learning and with a new interest in Sweden, Ming decided to move to Sweden in 1999 and attended the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education from 2001 to 2002, obtaining an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA).
Returning to China in 2002, Ming embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey, founding Beijing Ascending Ltd. Specialising in the distribution of telecommunications equipment for Motorola, Ericsson, Nokia and others to China Mobile. Ming's dedication to fostering business growth only grew as his company grew. In 2016, he became a Shareholder and Board Member of Beijing Ceramic Technology, and in 2017, he also joined BioFiber Tech AB as a Shareholder and Board Member. To further focus on sustainable materials, Ming started as the Business Development International Director in 2021 and plans on continuing on the path to driving more sustainable growth not only in the West but also in the East.
